The billing address must be the same address as where the credit card statement is sent. No problem to ship to your office or where you will be, but we need the right billing address. Return Policy
Village Shoe Service will accept returns of unworn, regular price merchandise for exchange or refund. Shoes purchased through Village Shoe Service may be returned within 30 days for any reason so long as the shoes have no wearing marks. We encourage you to try your shoes on a carpeted surface as the shoes cannot be returned to the manufacturer if they have wear marks. Village Shoe Service reserves the right to decline returned shoes with wear markings or excessive creasing. A 15% per pair re-stocking fee will apply on returned shoes and boots. Freight must be prepaid, and the merchandise in the original packaging materials.
All shoes are guaranteed against any defects in material or workmanship (Original Soles).
